All products sold on Daintri are legal within the United States and its territories.
Daintri ships via USPS to all US States and Territories. Domestic shipping costs $7.50 per order unless the order qualifies for the currently available “free shipping” promotion. Details of the “free shipping” promotion are available prominently in the header of our main page and/or in the shopping cart during checkout.
International (non-US) orders are shipped via USPS International and incur additional shipping charges. Charges vary depending on country of destination and are detailed in the shopping cart during checkout. “Free shipping” is not available for International orders.
Each country’s product import rules, regulations and taxes vary. It is each international customer’s responsibility and liability to ensure that the products ordered meet the requirements for import into their country, and that all applicable import taxes and duties are accounted and paid for accurately. Daintri assumes NO LIABILITY whatsoever for any ordered products held at another country’s customs department nor for any ordered products lost or stolen in transit. Additionally, some countries may charge an additional customs fee or import tax. Daintri is not aware of, nor is liable for these additional charges.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be provided for international orders.
Daintri uses USPS Priority Mail for it’s standard shipping. US customers can expect to receive delivery of their order within two (2) to five (5) business days. This timeframe, however, is not guaranteed by Daintri as the USPS and other shipping providers can experience delays in their service.
Daintri does not currently offer quicker (overnight) or longer (standard) shipping times. This could change in the future.
International orders are normally delivered within 14 days. This timeframe is dependent upon the country being delivered to, the day of shipment, holidays, and customs clearance delays.
All customers are provided with tracking numbers for each order. Shipment status can be tracked using the tracking numbers on the USPS website.
Orders received after 1:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday. Shipments are not sent on US holidays.

Damage During Shipping
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon delivery for damage. All claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hours.
If you need to make a claim, please send details and a photograph of the damaged product(s) to our customer service team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Failure to Deliver
If your order is returned to us for any reason, your order will be refunded, minus the shipping costs. If this occurs, we will notify you within five (5) business days to review the possible reasons for failed delivery.
