Overview
We take pride in customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a great experience. All of the brands and products offered on Daintri have been curated from the best available on the market. They are tested and manufactured according to the best practices in the world.
During the checkout process, you will be provided with our Terms of Service and asked to accept. Your acceptance of the terms means you agree to the terms and understand the return policy. Your acceptance also acknowledges that you understand the contents and ingredients of the products you have purchased, and also acknowledge and understand that the products you have purchased have not been evaluated by the FDA, and that there have been no claims made as to the health or medical benefits of any of them. You are able to do independent research and draw your own conclusions and opinions as to any health benefits that these products may provide.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order with no penalty up until the time the product has shipped. Once shipped, orders may not be cancelled, but a refund may be possible. Cancelled orders will be processed within one (1) business day from request.

Refunds
You may request a refund for unused, unopened, sealed products. Products that are opened, used or damaged will not be accepted for refund. Products that meet the return criteria must be returned to us, postmarked, within 14 days of the time of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Daintri.
Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days, following receipt of the returned products at our warehouse. Credit for the refund will be applied to same payment method used for the order.
